Payments - We offer multiple, secure ways to pay. Choose from credit or debit card, Instant EFT, bank EFT & many more. Delivery - We use multiple delivery partners to make sure we can deliver to you wherever you are in South Africa and also be able to offer the best and lowest rates with the best and most efficient service. Since we are based in East London we also offer local deliveries at a flat rate of just R50 to anywhere within 15km radius from the city centre. Lastly all orders from R2000 and more get free delivery. Returns - Please log any returns via email to returns@racefans.co.za within 72 hours of delivery, failure to do so can void the return. If you are unhappy with any items in your order you can return them for a refund to the value of the item paid excluding any discounts if logged within 24 hours of delivery. In certain cases there can be a charge against the return. Damaged items upon delivery can be replaced at no extra cost depending on stock availability or exchanged for another item. In case an order had free gifts you might have to return the gifts as well in acceptable condition to avoid any charge. Refunds - Please note we do not offer any cash refunds. All refunds provided will be in a form of store credit or store gift voucher to the value of the approved refund amount. A refund can only be approved once the items have been recieved back and assessed. In case of items lost in transit the refund will be processed once the incident has been reported to the courier by us and confirmed.

1. Exact models - We use the exact race car models for the year of the race presented. The models may differ in certain cases where special livery and colours were used for a specific race presented. The models are original and at a scale of 1:43. Where an exact model is not used in the frame it will be clearly stated in the products details page, regardless of that the details printed will be that of the correct model for the race. When an exact model is not used, a very similar and also original model will be used. The model could be from the year before or the following year of the race. 2. 3D printed track layouts - We use 3D printed layouts of the race track. The layouts are printed to the best match of the track at the time of the race. The layouts do not show any elevation changes of the track and are only a flat visualisation. 3. Certificate grade paper - For our paper prints we use high quality thick paper, the same used to print certificates. With a gloss finish to give the print a great look that will last a long period of time. 4. Free gifts - If you can be as quick as your favourite driver you will get yourself a free gift. When you are the first or second customer to buy any of our frames you score a guaranteed free gift. Gifts are limited to one per customer over a period of 15 days for already available products.
